Elysian Courtyards is a 150-unit mixed-income workforce redevelopment project consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments on a full block site in the Gentilly neighborhood.

Centennial Place is located along the Mississippi riverfront in the Lykes Steamship District.  The site includes 52 units of residential rental apartments, as well as a commercial kitchen containing Fresh Food Factor, a healthy food and nutrition program that provides fresh and healthy meals to New Orleans’ school children.  The complex is also the home to New Orleans Boulder Lounge, an indoor rock climbing space and Riverfront Self Storage, a climate controlled storage facility.

The Terraces on Tulane is a 200-unit housing community for low-income seniors in Mid-City, New Orleans. Opened in February 2010, this development is a replacement of Forest Towers, a similar sized property in New Orleans East that was decimated by Hurricane Katrina.

The Groves is a 94-unit mixed-income planned housing development near downtown Covington, Louisiana. This project offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, along with a central park and community building.

In July 2013, RNDC acquired Wisdom Manor, a 30-unit low income senior housing development located at 8900 Quince Street in New Orleans.
